Ages under 5 years old: Our Pre-School Instructional Program is designed for children ages 3-5. This one hour class focuses on the basic skills of gymnastics including handstands, cartwheels, forward rolls, backward rolls. All skills taught with a creative twist. Children are introduced to the gymnastics events: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. Our inflatables, trampoline and air track are also incorporated.
The classes focus on hand/eye coordination, cooperation, balance, strength and motor skill development. Experience the joys of gymnastics while gaining strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and overall fitness.

SUPERSHOTS
3, 4 & 5 Years Old - 1 hour program set up to teach body awareness by tumbling, balancing, swinging and jumping through specialized obstacle courses in conjunction with an array of gymnastics apparatus. Children are introduced to the gymnastics events: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. Basic skills of gymnastics are taught and reinforced weekly so every child feels success. Have fun learning the basic skills of gymnastics including handstands, cartwheels and forward/backward rolls - all age appropriately taught. Come cartwheel with us!
